UFS reach trucks could work with 4-way action, allowing these models to be operated in any direction with complete precision. Usually, these narrow aisle forklifts are utilized for stacking of normal, long or wide loads up to 9700 mm, loading and unloading from ground level and internal transfer.
The UFS units can accommodate long cargo up to 2.5 ton in narrow aisles, and wide loads also. These features allow the lift truck to make the most of storage space and would accommodate every kind of pallet, including closed versions. The space efficiency of this specific unit is extenuated because of its extended mast option.
Similar to most reach trucks on the market, the maintenance costs are somewhat low. Most of the parts are standard and easily accessible across the range.
The truck has built in CAN Bus technology in its BITE test equipment. This feature is capable of self-diagnosis and monitoring. The truck's LCD screen provides accurate fault data to showcase repair times and improved maintenance. This enables the operator to enjoy more up-time and overall lower expenses.
The URF narrow aisle truck is really sophisticated outfitted with swivel-reach. These forks turn horizontally 180 degrees, which allows for side and front of the aisle stacking. This truck is able to be utilized with wire guided operation in free-ranging operations all over the warehouse or within aisles as narrow as 1.5 meters. The way this specific lift truck has been designed allows optimum warehouse space use and the overall operation is simpler and faster compared to man-up operations. The power steering option, complete with mini steering wheel, fully adjustable seat and fingertip controls and the "floating" arm rest, all contribute to productive and comfortable operation. Statistics show that the more comfortable and happy the operator is the higher level of production.
The rotating forks on the URF unit can be utilized for both aisle and warehouse handling applications. This unit is best suited for aisle-ways which are just 300 mm wider than the transported load. Additionally, the Autostop additional safety feature stops the truck automatically at the end of the aisles. Ancillary equipment and data terminals are incorporated easily. The video-view applications enable the operator to maintain the "man-down" position for simple truck access while visually checking the load at every stage of the handling procedure.
